Our Father

Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
As in heaven so on earth.
Give us today our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts
As we forgive them to our debtors,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary

Hail, O Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with you.
You are blessed among women
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

I think

I believe in one God,
Almighty Father,
Creator of heaven and earth,
Of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord, Jesus Jesus,
only begotten Son of God,
Born of the Father before all ages:
God from God, Light from Light,
True God from true God,
generated, not created,
Of the same substance as the Father;
Through him all things were created.
For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven,
And by the work of the Holy Spirit
became incarnate in the womb of the Virgin Mary
And he became a man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate,
He died and was buried.
On the third day he was resurrected, according to Scripture,
Has ascended to heaven, sits at the right hand of the Father.
And again he will come, in glory,
To judge the living and the dead,
And his reign will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, who is Lord and gives life,
And it proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified,
And he spoke through the prophets.
I believe the Church, one, holy, catholic and apostolic.
I profess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
Waiting for the resurrection of the dead
And the life of the world to come.

The Angel of the Lord brought the announcement to Mary

Holy Spirit, Love of God,
Descend upon me.
Open my heart that I may welcome

Morning Prayer

Lord, in the silence of this rising day,
I come to ask you for peace, wisdom and strength.
Today I want to look at the world with eyes full of love,
Be patient, understanding, gentle and careful,
See beyond appearances your children as you see them yourself
And so see nothing but good in each of them.
Close my ears to every murmur,
Guard my tongue from all slander,
That only thoughts of blessing dwell in my spirit.
May I be so benevolent and joyful

O God, you are my God,
At dawn I look for you,

Prayer for a Generous Heart

Lord, give me a generous heart,
Capable of loving unconditionally,
Ready to forgive and understand.
Let me be able to see the needs of others
And respond with compassion and generosity.
Teach me to give without expecting anything in return,
To serve with joy and humility,

Lord, help me to see your face

Lord, make me blessed according to your heart.

How to prepare for prayer

1. Waking up in the right frame of mind: Try to start the day with gratitude and positivity, aware of the opportunity to live a new day.
2. Find a quiet place: Choose a place where you can be in peace and quiet, away from distractions. It can be a corner of your home, a place of worship or even outdoors in nature.
3. Take a respectful stance: Sit or kneel in a comfortable position that allows you to concentrate on prayer. Maintain an upright and dignified posture.
4. Take a few deep breaths: Before beginning the prayer, take a few slow, deep breaths to calm the mind and body, promoting concentration.
